What happens next

From install to answering customers

Nothing here is a configuration project. The longest step is the one where you read what it wrote and decide whether it sounds like you.

    Install and connect

    One click from the Shopify App Store. Store details, branding, products and policies are pulled in on their own. There is no form to fill in and nothing to export.

  2. 2tone and actions

    Choose how it should sound

    Six ready-made personalities, from professional to friendly to concise, or write your own. Then switch on what it may do: orders, returns, refunds, discounts.

  3. 3daily sync

    Give it what it needs to know

    Your policies sync daily from your store. Everything else can be uploaded as documents, pulled from your blog, or imported from a URL or sitemap.

  4. 4live

    Test it, then publish

    Chat with your own agent and check that it gets the tone right. When you are happy, switch the widget on in the theme editor. That is it live.

Every store gets 50 free conversations to start with — enough to see how much of your inbox actually disappears. No card, no contract, and you set a monthly ceiling in the Shopify admin. After that it is $0.60 a conversation.
