About Supportify

We are Norwegian. That turns out to matter.

Supportify is built in Norway by a Norwegian team, for stores that sell to Norwegian, Swedish and Danish customers. Not an American product with a translation layer bolted on.

Why it matters

The details a translation cannot fix.

Support is where a store sounds like itself. Getting that right in Norwegian is not a language setting — it is a set of decisions someone has to have made deliberately.

  1. 01

It writes Norwegian the way Norwegians write

Not formal, not American-friendly, not a translated “We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience”. Short, direct, and warm in the way a Norwegian shop assistant is warm. The tone difference is the whole reason customers cannot tell it is a machine.

It knows the carriers your customers actually use

Posten, Bring, Helthjem, PostNord, Porterbuddy. Tracking states, pickup points, parcel lockers, and what “Post i Butikk” means. Return labels are drawn on your own carrier agreement, through Shipmondo or Profrakt.

  3. 03

It is built against Norwegian consumer law

Angrerett, the 14-day withdrawal period, what a customer is entitled to and what they are not. The agent applies your policy inside those rules rather than a generic 30-day return template written for another market.

You can reach a person who is in your timezone

Support is in Norwegian, from people in Norway, during Norwegian working hours. When a merchant needs something changed, they talk to the team that can change it.

How we got here

It started as a problem we had ourselves.

Norwegian Shopify stores were paying per seat for helpdesk software written for companies fifty times their size, and still answering “where is my parcel” by hand every evening. The tools that promised automation could reply, but they could not do anything — no order lookup, no return label, no cancellation.

So we built the thing that acts. It reaches into Shopify, into the carrier, into the catalogue, and finishes the conversation. And it charges per conversation resolved, because a small store should not pay a monthly floor it has to grow into.

Today it runs every night for stores across the Nordics, and it is on the Shopify App Store with a five-star rating from the merchants using it.

Start today

Your queue is mostly the same five questions. Stop answering them.

Install from the Shopify App Store, point it at your store, and watch the first conversations resolve themselves. No contract, no seat licences, no setup fee.
