WidgetCo manufactures corks, stoppers and wood plugs, and sells them in bulk to trade buyers. The questions are dimensional — which diameter fits which bore, what a taper measures at both ends, what ships today in quantity. Those have exact answers in the catalogue and no answer at all in a support agent’s memory, which is why they used to arrive as email and leave as a quote request. The agent reads the catalogue and answers them at the moment the buyer is sizing the part.

How these are measured

“Conversations handled” counts every customer conversation the agent took, in any channel, over the store’s time on the platform. “Resolved by AI” is the share of those closed without a support ticket being created — the agent answered, acted, and the customer did not need a person.

“Sales per chat” is attributed sales driven, divided by conversations. It is a per-unit figure on purpose: it lets a merchant compare against their own numbers without any store having to publish its total revenue or order volume.

Figures come from each store’s own dashboard and are published with its permission. Stores that have not published figures are not listed here, though their reviews appear below.
