Saved Inbox Views

Save a filtered list of the inbox under a name, start from one of five premade views, or describe a view in one sentence and let the AI fill it.

Step 1: New views

Click + next to Views. The menu has three parts:

  • Save what you are looking at — saves the filters on screen under a name. It appears once a filter is set (status, priority, channel, tag, assignee, whose move it is). A search or a sort order alone is not a filter.
  • Premade views — five ready-made views. Click one to add it. A view you already have is marked Added.
  • Build a view with AI — describe what belongs in the view in one sentence, and the AI sorts the cases into it. Only members with Manage workspace settings see it.

Five premade views

  • My cases — open cases assigned to whoever is looking. Every member sees their own.
  • Unassigned — nobody is assigned, and it is your team's move.
  • Follow up later — cases snoozed until a date.
  • Waiting on customer — answered, and waiting for the customer.
  • Recently solved — resolved in the last 7 days, newest first.

A premade view is shared with the whole team.

Step 2: Saving filters

Set the filters in the filter bar and press Save. Give the view a name and, if you like, an icon. Tick Share with the team if colleagues should see it too; it is off by default, so a new view is yours alone. A view remembers the tab, the filters and the sort order.

Step 3: Updating views

To change what a view lists, open it, change the filters and press Update in the filter bar. Save as new keeps the old view and saves the new filters as another one.

The pencil next to a view renames it, changes its icon or shares it. Drag views to put them in order; reordering shared views changes the order for everyone. The bin deletes a view.

You can change and delete your own views. A shared view can also be changed by anyone with Manage workspace settings.

Step 4: Build a view with AI

For a list no filter can express — "creators who want to make content for us", "resellers and suppliers" — click + → Build a view with AI. Give it a name and write one sentence under What belongs here?. See what it would catch shows matching cases before you create it.

Create view makes a tag with your sentence as its rule, and a shared view of that tag. The AI then puts the tag on the cases that match: new tickets as they arrive, conversations once they have been quiet for half an hour, and, once, everything from the last 90 days.

AI view switches

  • Also look in spam (on by default) — the view also catches email the spam filter would have dropped: from now on, and once for the last 30 days. Your own blocklist always wins. Mail it catches is filed for your team; the AI does not answer it and it is not charged.
  • No AI replies — your team answers these (off by default) — new email and social threads that match go straight to your team, with no AI reply, no draft and no charge. Chats in the storefront widget are still answered by the AI.
  • How sure the AI must be (under Advanced) — 70 % unless you change it, between 50 and 95 %. Lower catches more cases, higher makes fewer mistakes.
