Integration · Profrakt
Your Profrakt rates, on a return the customer books themselves.
Profrakt gives Norwegian stores bulk carrier rates across Bring, PostNord and more. Supportify draws the return label on that agreement — inside the conversation, without anyone opening a shipping portal.

How the two fit together
Four steps, none of them yours.
Connect Profrakt once in the Supportify dashboard. From then on, a return that satisfies your policy is booked start to finish by the agent.

You connect your Profrakt account
API key and sender location (your managership) go in once. Supportify reads your agreements and the shipping products on them, so the label uses the rate you already negotiated.

Questions
About the Profrakt integration.
Whose shipping agreement is used?
Yours. Supportify authenticates against your own Profrakt account and creates the consignment there, so the rate and the invoice are the ones you already have. We never resell shipping.
Which carriers can it produce return labels for?
Through Profrakt, return labels currently cover Bring and PostNord. Other carriers on your Profrakt agreement are available for rates and pickup points; if you need return labels on one of them, tell us and we will add it.
What if we already use Shipmondo?
That works too — Supportify supports both, and a store can have one connected without the other. Pick whichever holds the agreement you want returns drawn on.
Does a return cost extra in Supportify?
No. A conversation is charged once, whatever the agent does inside it. Booking a return, generating the label and emailing it are all part of that one conversation.
Can we approve returns before a label is issued?
Yes. Set returns to require approval and the agent gathers everything, opens a ticket, and waits. You approve from the inbox and the label goes out automatically.
