Signing In to the Supportify Dashboard
The dashboard is at dashboard.supportify.no. Open it from the Shopify app, or sign in directly with Shopify, Google or a password.
Step 1: From Shopify admin
At the bottom of the Supportify app's home page in Shopify admin, click Open dashboard. The dashboard opens in a new tab, already signed in with your Shopify account. The Open in the Supportify dashboard links in the app's inbox do the same.
Step 2: Sign in directly
Go to dashboard.supportify.no and choose one of three:
- Continue with Shopify — type your store's myshopify.com address (your-store.myshopify.com, not your own domain) and log in to Shopify. The Supportify app must be installed on that store.
- Continue with Google — with the Google account your Supportify account uses.
- Email address and Password.
If Shopify sign-in only says "An error occurred", check that you typed the myshopify.com address of a store where the app is installed.
Step 3: Passwords on Shopify accounts
An account made by signing in with Shopify has no password. To add one, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter the store owner's email address — the one your Shopify store has for its owner. The email you get says Set your password, and its link works for one hour. After that you can sign in either way.
Step 4: Dashboard extras
On Shopify, everything you need to run Supportify is in the Shopify app. The dashboard adds extras: saved inbox views, reply templates, taking a live chat over, tags, more widget styling (logo, window size, single colours), and importing a mailbox's earlier email.
Stores on WooCommerce, Centra and MyStore, and stores without a shop, use only the dashboard. A new one starts with Sign up for free on the sign-in page.
