Supportify vs Re:amaze

Adding a colleague should not cost $29 a month.

Re:amaze is a well-liked, reasonably priced helpdesk with a long history in ecommerce. Its pricing is per team member: $29, $49 or $69 per person per month depending on tier, with a flat $59 Starter plan capped at 500 responded conversations.

AI is metered on top. Each plan includes a handful of AI resolutions per user per month — five on Basic, ten on Pro, twenty on Plus — and anything beyond that is $0.85 each. Supportify inverts this: seats are unlimited and free, and you pay per resolved conversation with no included-quota arithmetic.

Where Re:amaze is stronger

  • Low entry price for a single-operator store — $29/month is cheaper than most helpdesks
  • Long-standing, stable product with a good reputation for support
  • Works across Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and others
  • Useful built-in FAQ and knowledge-base publishing tools

Which one fits you

Choose Re:amaze if: Very small teams that mostly answer manually and only want AI at the edges, or merchants on a non-Shopify platform.

Choose Supportify if: Teams that want the AI to be the default responder rather than an add-on, and that would rather not pay per person to give staff access.

Questions merchants ask

How do the two compare for a three-person team?
Three Re:amaze Pro seats are $147 a month before AI usage, and each seat includes ten AI resolutions — thirty in total, with more at $0.85. Supportify charges nothing for those three seats; 200 resolved conversations would cost $120. Which is cheaper depends on how much of your volume you want automated.
Can Supportify publish a help centre like Re:amaze?
Supportify ingests your policies, FAQs, documents and sitemaps so the AI can answer from them, but it does not publish a customer-facing help centre site. If a public knowledge base is a requirement, Re:amaze covers that and we do not.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. There is no subscription, no contract and no minimum. Billing runs through your Shopify account as usage charges, and you set the monthly cap.
